Yvette Page is currently serving her first term for the City of Trotwood as an elected Council Member for Ward 2.

Council Member Page has 3 adult children; Anthony, Brent and Monique Page as well as 3 wonderful granddaughters that also reside in Trotwood.

Growing up in Nashville, Tennessee, Ms. Page was educated through the Public School System. Ms. Page graduated from Pearl High School with honors where she was President of her Senior class. She attended Fisk University with a four year scholarship and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Economics. 

Professional Experience 
With aspirations of finding better employment after working for U-Haul Inc. and Associates Financial in Tennessee, she moved to Ohio in 1979 where she has been a resident of Trotwood, Ohio for 39 years. Ms. Pages first employment opportunity was Elder Beerman Department Store as a Supervisor. Today, Ms. Page is employed with Reynolds American Incorporated. She has been with this company for over 36 years. Council Member Page is also Secretary of Phillips Temple Missionary Society and member of their Mass Choir. 

In the first speech given by Ms. Page, she quotes Socrates "If man should move the world, He must first move himself". This was her call to run for office but her main objective was to be the voice of the people of Trotwood.
