The City's Emergency Medical Services (EMS) program provides superior emergency medical services to all individuals in or traveling through Trotwood. EMS responds to all emergencies requiring basic and advanced emergency medical services by operating from 3 stations with full-time and part-time personnel. To be able to handle any emergency that arises, this program provides:

  • Fire Chief
  • Deputy Fire Chief
  • Fire Marshal
  • 3 Captains
  • 6 Lieutenants
  • 21 Full-time Firefighter/Paramedics/EMT-B
  • Part-time EMT, Advanced, and Paramedics
  • 5 Advanced Life Support Ambulances
  • 4 Advanced Life Support Fire Apparatus
  • Public education in state-approved CPR, and basic first aid
