Seniors Can Save 10% on Water Bills
In order to qualify for the Trotwood 10% Senior Discount Program, you must be billed through the City of Trotwood for your water, be registered with the Montgomery County Auditor for the Homestead Exemption on your property taxes. (The Homestead Exemption requires that you are the owner and occupier of the property, and that you meet certain age or disability, and income requirements.) Additionally, you must also have all previous bills with the City of Trotwood, Utility Billing Department, PAID IN FULL in order for the WATER & SEWER discount to be applied to your subsequent bill.
