Utility Payments
Utility Billing Group
The City's Utility Billing Group provides prompt and accurate service to its approximately 9,000 utility customers and is responsible for collecting:
• Residential Trash Collection Charges
• Water/Sanitary Sewer Charges (pre-1996 incorporated area)
• Storm Water Drainage Charges (part of City's new Storm Water Utility, approved by Council to make sure the City meets un-funded Federal EPA mandates to better manage environmental destruction caused by storm water runoff)
For its utility customers' convenience, the City's convenient payment options now include the following.
Online Payments: http://trotwood.eformdelivery.com review and pay utility bills online by clicking on and following the prompts (to set up initial online account citizens must enter 'name' and 'account number' exactly as appears on their billing statement)
Utility Payment Counter: Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m.-Noon, 2nd Floor, Trotwood Government Center, 3035 Olive Road (the Counter will also stay open until 5:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday, starting five (5) business days before the bill's due date every quarter).
Drop Box: in front of the Government Center, 3035 Olive Road
Submit By Mail: return envelope provided in the billing statement
