Utility Billing Group
Effective October 20th, new open window hours for Income Tax customers are 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. (window will remain open until 5:00 pm during the five business days preceding the bill due date each quarter). The City's Utility Billing Group provides prompt and accurate service to its approximately 9,000 utility customers and is responsible for collecting:
• Residential Trash Collection Charges
• Water/Sanitary Sewer Charges (pre-1996 incorporated area)
• Storm Water Drainage Charges (part of City's new Storm Water Utility, approved by Council to make sure the City meets un-funded Federal EPA mandates to better manage environmental destruction caused by storm water runoff)
For its utility customers' convenience, the City's convenient payment options now include the following.
Online Payments: http://trotwood.eformdelivery.com review and pay utility bills online by clicking on and following the prompts (to set up initial online account citizens must enter 'name' and 'account number' exactly as appears on their billing statement)
Counter Service: 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., located on the 2nd Floor of City Hall, 3035 Olive Road
Drop Box: located on the NW corner of City Hall, 3035 Olive Road
Submit By Mail: return envelope provided in the billing statement
