Anyone can prepare their 2011 Trotwood City Income Tax Returns using the City’s new online Tax Tool. For more information please click TAX TOOL, or to access the online program directly just click https://webconnect01.civicacmi.com/trotwoodTax/ and follow the instructions.

All landlords who own rental property in the City of Trotwood must complete and submit a Landlord List Form for their tenants every January and July.  In addition, they are required to submit one anytime a tenant moves in or out.
