Recreation Programs

The City's Parks & Recreation Department is responsible for developing and managing balanced, professionally run programs and events for everyone from school age children to young adults and senior citizens. Parks & Recreation is pleased to announce the following programs:

Adult Fitness/Family Swimming
Trotwood-Madison High School, 4440 N. Union Road:
• Sunrise Club: Pool/ Weight Room/Indoor Track (adults only), Mon.-Thurs. 6:00-8:00 a.m.
• Adult Fitness: Weight Room/Indoor Track, Mon.-Thurs., 7:00-8:30 p.m. (under 18 accompanied by adult)
• Family Swim: Mon.-Thurs. 7:00-8:30 p.m. (under 18 accompanied by adult)

Trotwood Community Center Classes
Trotwood Community Center, 4000 Lake Center Drive:

Yoga for Beginners
• Ages 18 & older, $48/month
• Wed. 5:30-6:30 p.m.
• May 25-June 15

Evening Aerobics
• Ages 18 & older, $3.00/class
• Mon. & Wed. 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Urban Self Defense Training Academy
• Ages 7 & older, $45/month
• Tae Kwon Do: Mon. & Wed. 6:00-8:00 p.m.
• Karate: Tues. & Thurs. 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Sewing Classes
• Ages 12 & older, $45/class (includes materials)
• Days & times by arrangement
