Non-Emergency Complaints
Due to the high volume of calls received every day by the Trotwood Police Division, please call the Dispatch Center at (937) 228-8380 to register non-emergency complaints such as the following:
• animals running loose
• excessive noise
• illegal parking
• unlicensed vehicles
