04.09.09- Get Prescription Discount Card

Thanks to the National League of Cities (NLC), the City now offers a discount card that gives residents an average 20% savings on prescription drugs. Anyone without health insurance or a traditional benefits plan and those with prescriptions not covered by insurance qualify.

This Prescription Discount Card is made available to residents by the City of Trotwood in collaboration with the National League of Cities (NLC) and is made possible through Trotwood’s membership in NLC.

This card is free to all Trotwood residents, regardless of age, income or existing health insurance. Using this card can save residents an average 20% off the regular retail price of prescription drugs at participating pharmacies.

Please click Discount Card to access the program online, discover the savings, learn more about the program, check drugs prices and locate participating pharmacies.

Residents may pick up these cards at:
  • The Pharmacies of Target, Cub Foods, CVS, Walgreen’s and Kroger’s (on Siebenthaler Road)
  • City of Trotwood Offices
  • Trotwood Public Library
  • Trotwood Chamber of Commerce
To download and print a card please click Prescription Discount Card (PDF). For more information, please call this toll free number: 1(888) 620-1749.

This is not insurance. Discounts are only available at participating pharmacies. By using this card, participants agree to pay the entire prescription cost less any applicable discount. Savings may vary by drug and pharmacy.
