03.02.10- Sign Up for Trotwood Leadership Academy

(Trotwood, Ohio, Tuesday, March 5, 2010) – The City is seeking participants for its recently formed for its Trotwood Leadership Academy. Anyone who lives or works in Trotwood, including individuals, business and school groups can apply. Applications are being accepted now through the end of January for the 11-week class schedule that will run the weeks of March 25th-June 3rd.

This program features speakers, leadership exercises and a group project focused on addressing city challenges and promoting citizen leadership and volunteerism. Topics covered range from health and taxes to city government.

The Trotwood Leadership Academy is an alliance of businesses, civic groups and individuals committed to the City's continued success. There are a limited number of available openings. Interested applicants can download the Trotwood Leadership Academy Application or pick one up at the Governemnet Center, 3035 Olive Road.
