City Council Matters
The City uses a Council-Manager form of government, where Council is the governing body and appoints and oversees the City Manager. Council meets the 1st and 3rd Mondays every month, 7:30 p.m. at the Trotwood Community Center, 4000 Lake Center Drive.

RESOLUTION 08-38: A RESOLUTION BY THE TROTWOOD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE PLACEMENT OF 70.509 ACRES OF LAND OWNED BY THE SISTERS OF THE PRECIOUS BLOOD IN AN AGRICULTURAL TAX DISTRICT, SAID PROPERTY ADDRESS BEING 4333 DENLINGER ROAD, TROTWOOD, OH 45426 (PARCEL NO. H33-02111-0006) IN ACCORDANCE WITH O.R.C. CHAPTER 929, THE FARMLAND PRESERVATION ACT.

RESOLUTION 08-42: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH GOLLING’S ARENA DODGE FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO 2008 DODGE POLICE CHARGERS AND SPECIFIED OPTIONS WITH 30 DAY TAG AT A PRICE BELOW STATE CONTRACT PRICING AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $43,964.00.
RESOLUTION 08-43: A RESOLUTION BY THE TROTWOOD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH MEGEN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE OLIVE ROAD STORM SEWER, PHASE I – CONSTRUCTION AWARD IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $22,500.00.
