City Parks
The City's Parks & Recreation Department is responsible for operating and maintaining all of the City’s attractive, safe and multi-dimensional parks. Park amenities range from the Madison Park Pavilion and numerous reservable picnic shelters to modern playground areas, sports fields and courts.John Wolfe Park

• $250 Security Deposit required
• Trotwood Civic Groups $50 per hour
• Trotwood Residents and Buisnesses $75 per hour (8 hours $510, 12 hours $765)
• Non-residents $100 per hour
• Non-local Commercial Groups $150 per hour
• 1 Picnic Shelter – 112 people, $60/day
• 3 Picnic Shelters – 32 people, $40/day
• Playground equipment
• Soccer fields, tennis courts
• Exercise trail
North Broadway Park

• Picnic shelter – 80 people, $60/day
• Playground equipment
Townview Park
5280 Gardendale Avenue (behind Townview Elementary)

Twin Creek Park
