Motion of the Trotwood City Council to schedule a Public Hearing PC Case #11-13; Request to amend the Official Zoning Map with rezoning approval of 33 acres undeveloped land located at 2375 Olive Road (Parcel I.D. #H33-00417-0049 and 59) from the “B-P” Business Park Zoning District to the “A” Agricultural Zoning District, and to request the Law Director draft legislation.
Motion of the Trotwood City Council to schedule a Public Hearing PC Case #12-02; Request for Amendment of the Official Zoning Map with rezoning approval of an 8.64 acre improved property located at 4960 Salem Avenue (Parcel I.D. #H33-02112-0013) from the “O-R” Office Residential Zoning District to the “R-PUD” Residential Planned Unit Development Zoning District, and to request the Law Director draft legislation; and
Motion for Approval of a Planned Unit Development to allow for the interior renovation and alteration of the Salem Heights Building located at 4960 Salem Avenue into a senior’s multi-family dwelling facility (51 dwelling units), and to request the Law Director draft legislation.
PC CASE #12-03: Motion to request the Trotwood city council to schedule a Public Hearing for a Rezoning Approval of 4000 Denlinger Road (Parcel I.D. # H33-02112-0014) from the RSF-H Residential Single-Family High Density Zoning District to the O-R Office Residential zoning district.
Motion to request the Trotwood City Council to schedule a public hearing on a Bond Anticipation Note – Rollover, and to request Bond Counsel to draft legislation, and to declare an emergency.
RESOLUTION 12-02: A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER to the parks and recreation Board OF THE CITY OF TROTWOOD, OHIO TO A THREE-YEAR TERM EXPIRES IN 2014 – CYNTHIA A. MONIE.

RESOLUTION 12-05: A RESOLUTION BY THE TROTWOOD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH DAYTON WORKS PLUS II, LLC FOR THE DECONSTRUCTION OF 10 BLIGHTED RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF TROTWOOD FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $114,729.00.
Motion of the Trotwood City Council authorizing the City Manager to enter into final negotiations with Habitat for Humanity for the sale of four residential lots located at 6700 Sandy Drive (PID #H33-01612-0022); 6706 Sandy Drive (PID #H33-01612-0007); 6712 Sandy Drive (PID #H33-01612-0008); Shadowbrook Drive (PID #H33-01611-0002), and further to schedule a Public Hearing to declare the subject properties as surplus and no longer needed for municipal purposes, and declaring an emergency.
Motion to request Trotwood City Council to request the Law Director draft legislation to approve an Annual Appropriations ordinance for the City of Trotwood, Ohio for fiscal year beginning January 1, 2012, and to schedule a Public Hearing.

ORDINANCE 01-12: AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING NEW CHAPTER 1174 “P/O-S” PARK/OPEN SPACE ZONING DISTRICT OF THE TROTWOOD ZONING ORDINANCES AND INCLUDING DESIGNATION OF A SCHEDULE OF PRINCIPALLY PERMITTED AND CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES BY REPEALING APPENDIX A OF THE TROTWOOD ZONING ORDINANCES AND ADOPTING A NEW APPENDIX A OF THE TROTWOOD ZONING ORDINANCES TO ADD THE FOLLOWING DESIGNATION OF NEW USES: COMMUNITY GARDENS”, “ARBORETUM, BOTANICAL GARDENS, GREENHOUSE CONSERVATORY”, “DOG PARK”, AND “NATURE
PRESERVE”.
ORDINANCE 02-12: AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 1175.10 (BUFFERYARD REQUIREMENTS) WITHIN THE TROTWOOD ZONING ORDINANCES AND ADOPTING NEW ZONING TEXT AMENDMENTS TO SECTION 1175.10 (BUFFERYARD REQUIREMENTS) WITHIN THE TROTWOOD ZONING ORDINANCES.
Resolutions
RESOLUTION 12-06: A RESOLUTION BY THE TROTWOOD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AN ENERGY SAVINGS FACILITIES UPGRADE CONTRACT WITH HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL, INC. WITH A GOAL TO RETROFIT VARIOUS BUILDINGS AND INFRASTRUCTURE AND REDUCE ENERGY COSTS.
