Trotwood City Council Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month (unless those days fall on a holiday), generally beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Trotwood Community Center, 4000 Lake Center Drive. City Council Workshops are usually held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m. in that same location.

Motion of the Trotwood City Council to request the Law Director Draft legislation to approve an annual appropriation ordinance for the City of Trotwood, Ohio for fiscal year beginning January 1, 2010, and to Schedule a public hearing.

ORDINANCE 2-10:  AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF NOTES IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $8,255,000, IN ANTICIPATION OF THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS, TO PAY COSTS OF ACQUIRING REAL ESTATE, WATER SYSTEM REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING ALL NECESSARY APPURTENANCES THERETO, AND IMPROVING OLIVE ROAD, WOLF CREEK PIKE, PROSPERITY DRIVE AND MODERN WAY BY REPAVING, ADDING LANES, CURBING AND INSTALLING SIGNALIZATION, CONSTRUCTING WATER AND STORM WATER LINES AND ACQUIRING REAL PROPERTY, TOGETHER WITH ALL NECESSARY APPURTENANCES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
