Motion to adjourn into an Executive Session in accordance with the Trotwood City Charter, Section 3-8 Meetings, Exceptions 1.D, to review negotiation agreement with the Ohio Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association Sergeant’s Bargaining Unit.

Motion to adjourn the Executive Session and return to the Regular Meeting.

RESOLUTION 13-77:  A RESOLUTION BY THE TROTWOOD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO INITIATE A FORECLOSURE ACTION ON THE TAX-DELINQUENT LAND KNOWN AS 3551 DENLINGER ROAD (PARCEL I.D. #H33-01013-0009) IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 5722 OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE.

RESOLUTION 13-78:  A RESOLUTION BY THE TROTWOOD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO INITIATE A FORECLOSURE ACTION ON THE TAX-DELINQUENT LAND KNOWN AS  3820 DENLINGER ROAD (PARCEL I.D. #H33-01313-0003) IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 5722 OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE.

RESOLUTION 13-79:  A RESOLUTION BY THE TROTWOOD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO INITIATE A FORECLOSURE ACTION ON THE TAX-DELINQUENT LAND KNOWN AS  5101 OAKSIDE PLACE (PARCEL I.D. #H33-01103-0015) IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 5722 OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE.

RESOLUTION 13-80:  A RESOLUTION BY THE TROTWOOD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO INITIATE A FORECLOSURE ACTION ON THE TAX-DELINQUENT LAND KNOWN AS  3265 ATLAS DRIVE (PARCEL I.D. #H33-02201-0072) IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 5722 OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE.

RESOLUTION 13-70:  A RESOLUTION BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TROTWOOD, OHIO, TO CERTIFY DELINQUENT WATER, SEWER, AND TRASH BILLS TO THE AUDITOR OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY, STATE OF OHIO, FOR PLACEMENT ON THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY TAX DUPLICATE.

RESOLUTION 13-71:  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ASSESSMENTS OF DELINQUENT CHARGES FOR NUISANCE ABATEMENT OF PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF TROTWOOD TO BE PLACED ON THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY PROPERTY TAX DUPLICATE. 

RESOLUTION 13-72:  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ASSESSMENT OF DELINQUENT CHARGES FOR THE CUTTING AND REMOVAL OF WEEDS, VEGETATION AND/OR GRASS TO BE PLACED ON THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY PROPERTY TAX DUPLICATE. 

RESOLUTION 13-73:  A RESOLUTION BY THE TROTWOOD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF TROTWOOD, OHIO, AND THE OHIO PATROLEMAN’S BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION SERGEANTS’ BARGAINING UNIT, FOR A PERIOD OF AUGUST 1, 2013 TO DECEMBER 31, 2015. 

RESOLUTION 13-74: A RESOLUTION BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TROTWOOD, OHIO, FINDING BADGER CONSTRUCTION TO BE THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH BADGER CONSTRUCTION FOR THE DEMOLITION OF NINE (9) RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES IN THE CITY OF TROTWOOD IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $43,200.00.

RESOLUTION 13-75:  A RESOLUTION BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TROTWOOD, OHIO, FINDING B.C. EXCAVATION TO BE THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH B.C. EXCAVATION FOR THE DEMOLITION OF TEN (10) RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES IN THE CITY OF TROTWOOD IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $56,280.00.

RESOLUTION 13-76:  A RESOLUTION BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TROTWOOD, OHIO, FINDING TALL VIEW PALLADIUM TO BE THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH TALL VIEW PALLADIUM FOR THE DEMOLITION OF SEVEN (7) RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES IN THE CITY OF TROTWOOD IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $38,902.00.

RESOLUTION 13-82: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO PURCHASE A USED PAVER FROM THE MCLEAN COMPANY IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $67,000.00.
