New Counter Service Times For Utility & Income Tax Payments
The City’s new open window hours, the times staff stands ready to service walk-in customers have been changed to help the City focus its available staff hours on more productive work processing and to overcome accumulated backlogs.
• Utility Billing Office: new daily times for open window service will be 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. However, the window will remain open until 5:00 p.m. during the five business days preceding the bill due date each quarter.
• Income Tax Office: new daily times for open window service will be 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. However, extended hours will be provided during the three weeks preceding April 15th each year.
