ZONING PERMITS & APPLICATIONS
The following list are PDFs of the City’s Zoning Permits and Applications. They can all be opened and printed and filled out by hand, or they can be filled out on a computer (which will require the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, download for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/).
Simply open a document and look for the information entry fields, which are highlighted in blue*. Next, type in the appropriate words and/or numbers within each field.
To attach an electronic signature, click inside the ‘Signature Box’. It requires the entering of a name and email address (which will be attached to the document along with a date/time stamp) to indicate official authorization, and it will create an encrypted file containing this information. Then print the document (unfortunately, at this time these documents cannot be saved with the information that has been entered). After printing, documents can be dropped off or mailed to the Trotwood Government Center, faxed to (937) 854-0574, or scanned and emailed to the Zoning Administrator at cdaugherty@trotwood.org.
*If none of these fields are highlighted, click the ‘Highlight Fields’ button on the upper right hand side of the screen.
Any fields that remain un-highlighted should be ignored (they will be filled in by the Zoning Administrator).
