03.04.10- Make Utility Bill Payment Arrangements
The City wants its citizens to know that it’s willing and able to make payment arrangements on individual utility bills. These payment arrangements can only be made on the current bill. The entire outstanding balance must be first paid in full to start any new arrangements.
A minimum payment of one third (1/3) of the current bill is to be submitted with the arrangement form. Final arranged payments should be completed before the next bill is mailed, which would be in June, 2010. The City does not accept pre-payments of the quarterly billing.
Utility payments can be made at the Government Center’s Utility Billing Office, 3035 Olive Road. To make online payments please call (937) 837-7771 x7418 or x7419.
