11.08.10- City Gets Into Social Media

The City recently joined the Social Media movement with the launch of both its Facebook Page (under City of Trotwood) and Twitter Site (under City_Trotwood). Please just click on the icons at the top right of this page and you’ll be in and ready to follow City activities.

The City’s overall goal is to provide more ways for its citizens to report problems and become better acquainted with their local government.

Its initial postings are geared towards providing Trotwood’s citizens, business and civic leaders the opportunity to directly report complaints related to public safety, roadway, property maintenance and neighborhood issues.  Of course the City will also be using these social media outlets to promote events and activities the whole community can enjoy.

For more information please contact Administrative Assistant/Deputy Clerk of Council Sandy Riege at (937) 854-7213 or sriege@trotwood.org.
