02.09.10- City Declares Snow Emergency

In accordance with the City of Trotwood’s Ordinance No. 41-05, the City Manager, Michael J. Lucking, has issued a snow emergency due to current weather conditions and expected snowfall amounts of more than 3” over the next 24 hours.  Therefore, all motor vehicles must be removed from streets by 9:00 p.m. today, Tuesday, February 9, 2010, or owners will be subject to a misdemeanor citation and/or vehicles may be towed and impounded by the City. days.

Please click City Traffic Ordinance for information referring to the towing of vehicles and/or misdemeanor citations that violations can result in, specifically contained in City Ordinance No. 41-05, Section 351.15.
