03.05.10- Notice of Public Hearing on March 25
(Trotwood, Ohio, Friday, March 5, 2010) –
On Thursday, March 25th, at 7:00 p.m., the City of Trotwood Board of Zoning Appeals under BZA Case No. 10-03, will hold a public hearing to review a Variance request associated with a proposed lot split and creation of a 5.1 acre parcel (including single-family residence) from a 100.2 acre agricultural land tract. This public hearing will be held at the Trotwood Community Center, 4000 Lake Center Drive.
The proposed property split would result in the reduction of the minimum required lot area from 20 acres to 5.1 acres, for a single-family residence located within an “A” Agricultural Zoning District at 8716 Old Dayton Road (Parcel I.D. #H33-02308-0001).
