12.14.11- Planning Commission Public Heraing on 12/20

The Trotwood Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 20, at 6:00 p.m. at the Trotwood Community Center, 4000 Lake Center Drive in connection with the following case:

PC Case #11-13: Request to Amend the Official Zoning Map with rezoning approval of 33 acres of undeveloped land located on the west side of Olive Road, between Trotwood Boulevard and Little Richmond Road, at 2375 Olive Road (Parcel I.D. #’s H33-00417-0049 and 59). The property is proposed to be rezoned from the “B-P” Business Park Zoning District to the “A” Agriculture Zoning District.  The applicant and property owner is Mr. Chris Gough, 402 Davis Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45403.

Any person having an interest in this case may provide comment to the Planning Commission at the public hearing.
