Salary: $11.00 - $16.00 Per Hour DOQ (Part-time)

Nature Of Work
Provides clerical and administrative support to department; performs secretarial duties for Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals

Recruiting Requirements

High School Diploma/GED, post secondary courses in bookkeeping or office administration preferred

Five years of progressively responsible experience in clerical/ administrative support

2-year degree in business, office administration or related field preferred

Microsoft Office proficiency

Essential Functions
Assists in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and tracks expenditures

Attends and prepares minutes and agendas for Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals meetings

Prepares information and documents related to conducting zoning and land use public hearings

Performs administrative and clerical duties in support of the Economic Development effort

Assists in the issuance of zoning permits and land use information to citizens, business operators, developers, etc.
