05.02.11- Trotwood Citizens Pass Issue 11

The Trotwood City Council and Administration want to sincerely thank Trotwood citizens for voting yes on Issue 11, which passed by 66%, or 2/3 of the total vote. Issue 11 was the City’s 5.75 mill, 5-year Levy Renewal – which involved no tax increase.

“Our City Council and staff work very hard to deliver the excellent services our citizens deserve. That’s why it was so vital that our citizens support Issue 11,” said Mayor Joyce S. Cameron.

S
ince it amounted to nearly 20% of the City’s General Operating Budget, it was crucial that it be passed. So that essential City services – including Police, Fire & Rescue and Public Works – can continue to be delivered at the levels citizens have learned to rely on and expect.
