04.01.11- City Co-Sponsoring BEST (Green) Event 05/05
The City has partnered with its strategic economic development partner EMTEC and the Trotwood Chamber of Commerce on the B.E.S.T. (Business Expo & Showcase of Technology) Event.This unique ‘green’ event for residents and local and regional business leaders is being held on Thursday, May 5th, 2011 at the Dayton Hara Complex. The B.E.S.T. Event is a one-day tradeshow showcasing the region’s best green entrepreneurs, companies, technologies and products.
Its purpose is to inform and enlighten both industry leaders and the public on the amazing breakthroughs being made in green energy; and how these advancements can improve energy efficiency, the bottom line and everyone’s overall quality of life.
The B.E.S.T. Event will feature a major keynote speaker, seminars, demonstrations, exhibitors and a buffet luncheon. From 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. is the business portion of the event, registration is $49. From 5-7:00 p.m. the evnt will open to the general public, cost is $5 with students admitted free.
