    Trotwood Community Improvement Corporation The TCIC is a 501 (c3) non-profit organization, established by the Trotwood City Council, charged with the mission to oversee all economic and community development activities in the Trotwood Community. The TCIC consists of a board of 9 individuals, representing all aspects of Trotwood. The primary activities of the TCIC are to oversee Economic and Business development, including assisting businesses in site selection. The TCIC also oversees Housing and Community development efforts, highlighted with its newly established TrotwoodNow housing program. The Trotwood community is prime for develoment and is willing to be an avid partner.
