Business Accreditation Manager

Jessica Raterman

Trotwood Fire and Rescue is embarking on the early stages of accreditation through the Center for Public Safety Excellence (CPSE). It is estimated that this will be a project of 3 to 5 years before an actual CPSE assessment will be conducted for its initial accreditation.

Trotwood Fire and Rescue strives to employ the best practices in fire safety and emergency medical services and is continually improving all aspects of these services for the community it serves.

CPSE Accreditation covers many aspects of fire and EMS services, including risk assessment to the community, fire prevention, fire education, physical resources, human resources, performance measurement, and other impactful criteria important to the continuous improvement of fire and EMS services.
