Trotwood 10% Senior Discount Program

    Seniors Can Save 10% on Water Bills

    In order to qualify for the Trotwood 10% Senior Discount Program, you must first be registered with the Montgomery County Auditor for the Homestead Exemption on your property taxes. (The Homestead Exemption requires that you are the owner and occupier of the property, and that you meet certain age or disability, and income requirements.) Additionally, you must also have all previous bills with the City of Trotwood, Utility Billing Department, PAID IN FULL in order for the WATER? SEWER discount to be applied to your subsequent bill.

    To obtain a verification notice and begin receiving your discount on the September bill, please contact us at 937-854-7220 or stop by the Government Center.

    MLK March Scheduled for Monday, January 15, 2018



    Assemble at the Dr. Charles Drew Health Center located at 1323 W. Third St. at 9:30 am. Rally at the Dayton Convention Center following the march. Shuttle transportation will be provided.
