Seniors Can Save 10% on Water BillsIn order to qualify for the Trotwood 10% Senior Discount Program, you must first be registered with the Montgomery County Auditor for the Homestead Exemption on your property taxes. (The Homestead Exemption requires that you are the owner and occupier of the property, and that you meet certain age or disability, and income requirements.) Additionally, you must also have all previous bills with the City of Trotwood, Utility Billing Department, PAID IN FULL in order for the WATER?SEWER discount to be applied to your subsequent bill.

Trotwood Community MarketBuy local produce, arts, crafts while you support local vendors at Trotwood's Community Market. The market will be held every Saturday from June 10th - September 30th from 9am until 3pm, located in the Epix Tube, Inc. parking lot across from Lowes.
If you would like to become a vendor, you may sign up at the Government Center located at 3035 Olive Rd. 2nd floor, Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm. Cost is $75 for the entire season and tent rental is $50.
