Trotwood 10% Senior Discount Program

    Seniors Can Save 10% on Water Bills

    In order to qualify for the Trotwood 10% Senior Discount Program, you must first be registered with the Montgomery County Auditor for the Homestead Exemption on your property taxes. (The Homestead Exemption requires that you are the owner and occupier of the property, and that you meet certain age or disability, and income requirements.) Additionally, you must also have all previous bills with the City of Trotwood, Utility Billing Department, PAID IN FULL in order for the WATER? SEWER discount to be applied to your subsequent bill.

    To obtain a verification notice and begin receiving your discount on the September bill, please contact us at 937-854-7220 or stop by the Government Center. 
     

Mayor McDonald and City Council invite you to the City's Tree Lighting Celebration Saturday, December, 2nd!!

    Tree Lighting Celebration



    Join us, Saturday December 2nd, 2017 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at the Trotwood Government Center Courtyard located at 3035 Olive Rd.

    There will be music, singing, hot chocolate and a special visit from Santa, who will arrive at 5:00 pm. The tree lighting taking place at 6:00 pm.
