    TrotwoodNow! Connects Prospective Buyers with Homes for Sale

    TrotwoodNow! is a partnership between the Trotwood Community Improvement Corporation (TCIC) and the City of Trotwood to address the effects of foreclosures and vacancies on Trotwood's hardest hit neighborhoods.  The goal is to stabilize and revitalize neighborhoods through the rehabilitation of distressed properties.

    We are also happy to announce the Sale Pending of our first property at 909 MacMillan, as well as several new businesses coming to Trotwood:  Specialty Machining, a new Marathon Gas Station on Shiloh Springs Road, Alliance Torque Converters, Arena Sports Bar & Grille, and KMG Pharmacy.  Keep watching as these businesses complete their construction/renovations and prepare to open!

City Council Adopts Resolution to Modernize the CAUV

    Seeking Relief of Financial Hardships for Local Farmers

    On October 5, 2015, Trotwood City Council adopted Resolution No. R15-77 asking Governor Kasich, State Legislature, and The Ohio Department of Taxation to take action to help modernize the Current Agricultural Use Valuation (CAUV).  Farmers in our community are experiencing severe financial hardship because of the way the agricultural values are being calculated.
